How does the Age Calculator work?
The tool subtracts birth year/month/day fields from the current date (updated every second via setInterval). When the day difference is negative, it borrows from the previous month's day count; when months go negative, it borrows a year and adds 12. Flat unit totals are computed by subtracting the two Date objects for a millisecond delta and dividing by the relevant constant. Metric birthday milestones are calculated by adding fixed unit counts as milliseconds to the birth timestamp.
