The tool calls navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia() to request camera and microphone access. The video stream is displayed in a live HTML video element. The audio stream is routed through a Web Audio API AnalyserNode that reads volume levels each animation frame to drive the level meter visualization. All processing happens locally -- no audio or video data is recorded or transmitted.
